Please Note: You may notice that some of the repayments are marked as Uncleared. This is because it takes the bank 5 business days to notify us that your repayment has cleared. Your payment will be marked as Paid once we receive clearance notification from the bank.
If you wish to re-apply for a new loan while your last payment is uncleared, then please upload, email or fax us a copy of your bank statement showing that the repayment has been taken from your account with a credit balance remaining at the end of the day. Once we receive this we will mark the payment as cleared and you will be able to reapply (you will receive an SMS once we have cleared your payment).
