Spondooli is assessing your application for a pay advance. We are required to provide you with this credit guide pursuant to section 126 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (“the Act”). This document along with the Pay Advance Application, Direct Debit Request and Information Statement are the precontractual documents you need to consider before entering into a credit contract with Spondooli.

REQUIREMENT FOR INTERNET ACCESS
Spondooli is a business that operates using the internet. It is essential that you have the ability to access and understand information provided online for the duration of our business relationship.
DISPUTES
Spondooli has an internal dispute resolution procedure. Details are available on the Spondooli website.
If our internal dispute resolution team can’t solve the problem, Spondooli is a member of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority, which provides an external dispute resolution service.
RESPONSIBLE LENDING
Under sections 128 and 129 of the Act, Spondooli is obliged to assess if the credit contract you seek is unsuitable.
Under sections 131 – 133 of the Act, Spondooli is obliged to advise you that we will not participate in the arrangement of a loan to you if that loan would be unsuitable. We will not increase your credit limit if the loan would be unsuitable.
“Unsuitability” is assessed on the following:
whether or not you will all will be able to comply with the financial obligations under the contract without substantial hardship, if at all;
whether or not the contract will meet your requirements and objectives;
whether or not the contract meets requirements imposed by regulation from time to time;
what your overall financial circumstances are. We may need to make enquiries about this;
whether or not we believe the information you provide to be true.
Under sections 132 and 133 of the Act, we are required to:
provide you with a copy of our preliminary assessment of your loan application to you at your request and without charge as long as that request is within 7 years of us providing you credit provided you have entered into a credit contract with Spondooli or have increased your credit limit. We are not required to give you a copy of the assessment if the contract is not entered or the credit limit is not increased;
provide you with a copy of our preliminary assessment within 7 days of your request unless the request is more than two years after we have provided you with credit in which case we can take up to 21 days;
